The only thing i would say here is if the people who have thoughtful and nuanced content to share, stop sharing because of the indignant and shaming herd and bent of social media, what will be left? I say this fully knowing of that which you speak. Perhaps you have also given some people a wider perspective? Otoh, take care of yourself first always, it goes without saying!
