Apparently this is necessary to address hire “disoriented” the male partner is by the post baby body .. my advice to any decent and loving male partner out there.. suck it up and shut up! Your partner just grew a whole human and then expelled it, and must now use her possibly cracked and swollen breasts to feed it, pretty much constantly. It’s not about you and your disorientation, which sounds like a metaphor for some other not so polite words.

Cook

Do your fair share of childcare

Be thoughtful, kind and if you’re so horny go wank it in the shower.
